Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a technique that involves tapping near the end points of “energy meridians” located around the body in order to reduce tension and promote a deeper mind-body connection. An EFT intervention utilises the same pathways and channels found in traditional Chinese energy medicine. Whilst also capitalising on our ability to focus on our problem or issue in proactive ways.

In controlled trials, the Emotional Freedom Technique treatment demonstrated a significant decrease in the anxiety scores of those that took part. (1)
